6. Dealer & Third-Party Content

• Dealers are independent businesses and VoltCAR is not responsible for their actions or communications.
• We do not guarantee pricing, financing offers, or vehicle availability from third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on VoltCAR, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of VoltCAR or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:
